UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2011-12: Started every Canada West match at outside hitter for the Cougars for the third consecutive season ... led the team with 221 kills and finished second on the Cougars with 203 digs during the conference schedule ... was also second on the team with 23 service aces ... piled up a career-high 24 kills against Thompson Rivers on Nov. 12 ... had six double-doubles ... ends her career ranked fourth in U of R history with 720 career kills and second with 709 career digs ... also finished at No. 2 on the school's all-time attacks list (2239) ... is the only U of R player to collect at least 700 kills and 700 digs since the rally point era began in 1999.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2010-11: Led the Cougars and finished fourth in the conference with an average of 2.98 kills per set ... started all 18 matches for the Cougars and ended up with 188 kills and finished second on the team with 173 digs ... also had 19 blocks and 20 service aces ... recorded double-digit kills in 10 of the team's 18 Canada West matches and three double-doubles ... had a season-high 18 kills against Trinity Western on Nov. 13 ... had a season-high 18 digs against Brandon (Jan. 28).

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10: Named an Academic All-Canadian ... was one of three players to appear in all 76 sets and started all 20 conference matches for the Cougars ... finished second on the Cougars in kills (204), kills per set (2.68), digs (209), and digs per set (2.75) during the conference season ... had 12 kills and a career-high .600 hitting percentage against Saskatchewan on Oct. 30 ... recorded double-doubles in nine of the team’s 20 Canada West matches ... piled up a career-high 21 digs at Winnipeg (Feb. 6) ... had a season-high 20 kills and added 20 digs in the team’s five-set win over Trinity Western in the Canada West bronze medal match (Feb. 27) ... had a team-leading 98 kills and hit for a .223 percentage in the team's seven postseason matches.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2008-09: Played in 13 conference matches and started ten for the Cougars ... appeared in 39 of the team's 77 sets ... had 77 kills and a .101 hitting percentage ... averaged 1.97 kills per set ... finished third on the Cougars with an average of 2.26 digs per set ... had three double-doubles ... had a season-high 17 digs at Winnipeg (Nov. 1) ... had a season-high 13 kills at Thompson Rivers (Feb. 7).

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2007-08: Named an Academic All-Canadian ... played in 36 of the team's 69 sets ... amassed 30 kills and had a .152 hitting percentage ... recorded 36 digs ... had season highs of nine kills and 12 digs in her first CIS start on Jan. 26 against Winnipeg ... appeared in two sets during the team's two playoff matches.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jim Onstad and Delinda Onstad ... enrolled in the Faculty of Business Administration ... has one brother (Michael) ... father played hockey for the University of Denver ... full name is Meagan Leeanne Onstad ... a 2007 graduate of Weyburn Comprehensive in Weyburn ... won a provincial championship in 2005 with the Eagles ... won the Coach’s Award in 2005 and was named the team’s MVP in 2006 ... played for the CVC Radz from 2005 to 2007 ... was a two-time provincial champion with the Radz and placed ninth at nationals in 2006 and 2007 ... served as captain for Team Saskatchewan, which placed sixth at the 2009 Canada Summer Games in Prince Edward Island ... also played for the U18 team in 2006 and for the U16 team in both 2004 and 2005.
