UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2010-11: Started all 18 Canada West matches and played in all 63 sets for the Cougars ... led the conference with an average of 10.19 assists per set ... became the first U of R player to average double-digit assists per set in a season ... led the team with 23 service aces ... also finished fourth on the Cougars in both digs (148) and blocks (31) ... recorded a total of 51 assists and 16 digs in the team's two playoff matches at Trinity Western ... had eight double-doubles during the conference schedule and one more in the postseason ... had a season-high 55 assists against Brandon (Jan. 28).
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10: Appeared in all 76 sets and started all 20 matches for the Cougars ... had 695 assists (9.27 per set), 178 digs, 30 blocks, and 21 service aces during the conference season ... had 45 assists in just three sets against Brandon in the second match of the Canada West quarterfinals (Feb. 20) ... had a season-high 17 digs against Brandon (Feb. 19) ... had a season-high 52 assists in the team’s five-set win over Trinity Western in the team’s Canada West bronze medal match (Feb. 27)
... ended up with 267 assists (10.68 per set) in the team's seven postseason matches ... also finished third on the team in total blocks (16) and fourth in digs (66) during the playoffs.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2008-09: Played in all 77 sets and started all 20 matches as she took over as the Cougars' full-time setter ... finished fifth in Canada West in both assists (742) and assists per set (9.64) ... had 17 kills on 56 attacks and a hitting percentage of .214 ... had 152 digs (1.97 per set) ... had 36 total blocks (three solo, 33 assisted) and averaged 0.47 blocks per set ... had 40 assists in the team's three-set win over Saskatchewan (Jan. 24) ... had 52 assists in the U of R's four-set win at Thompson Rivers (Feb. 7) ... had a career-high 58 assists in the team's five-set win against Trinity Western (Oct. 25) ... had 77 assists and averaged 9.62 assists per set in the Cougars' two Canada West quarterfinal matches.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2007-08: Appeared in five matches during the regular season ... started the Cougars' final two matches of the regular season after primary setter Claire Tarala was injured ... recorded 37 assists in a 3-0 win over Brandon on Feb. 2 ... recorded 86 assists in 11 sets ... averaged 7.82 assists per set ... had 16 digs, five total blocks, and three service aces.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Brenda and Harley Herman ... enrolled in the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies and is majoring in fitness and lifestyle ... twin sister Ashley is a middle blocker for the Delaware State University Hornets ... also has one brother (Ryan) ... full name is Tiffany Dawne Herman ... a 2007 graduate of Lumsden High School ... played for three seasons on the senior girls’ volleyball team ... won 4A provincial championships in both 2005 and 2006 with the Angels ... also competed in softball, badminton, and track & field at Lumsden ... played club volleyball for two seasons with the Regina Radz ... won provincial championships and placed ninth at nationals in both 2006 and 2007 with the Radz ... named the Saskatchewan Volleyball Association’s U21 MVP in 2008 ... also played for one season with the Western Stars ... played for Team Saskatchewan's U16 team in both 2004 and 2005.
