The University of Regina Rams will be volunteering to support United Way's Dr. Seuss Reading Day by reading to third-graders on Friday, Feb. 27.
Current Rams
Michael Bright,
Tevaughn Campbell,
Frankie Gray,
Jordy Kibamba,
Bryce McKinnon,
Kyle Moortgat,
Aaron Picton,
Mitchell Picton,
Noah Picton, and
Jeremy Zver along with former U of R lineman Brett Jones and head coach

The Rams will be part of a volunteer group that will share the importance of literacy, read fun books, and just chat with third-grade students at about five elementary schools around Regina.
"It's exceptionally important for our organization and players to continue to be a part of this community," Gibson said. "Our players are looking forward to getting out and spending some time with these kids as part of this program."
The Dr. Seuss Reading Day is an international event that takes place each year around Dr. Seuss's birthday – Mar. 2 – as a way to remember the famed writer and cartoonist and bring together people to celebrate reading in thousands of locations.
