The University of Regina's women's volleyball team lost in straight sets to Thompson Rivers on Saturday afternoon in Kamloops, B.C.
TRU won by scores of 25-14, 25-19, and 25-11 as the WolfPack improve to 7-1 on the season.
Kendra Finch led the way with 10 kills and 15 digs for Thompson Rivers, while Erin Mutch finished with seven kills and eight digs. TRU piled up 12 aces in the win, including four from Finch and three from Mutch.
Emma Matheson and
Diana Lumbala both had six kills for Regina (1-7).
The Cougars have four matches left before the December break. They'll host Calgary (0-8) next Friday and Saturday night at the CKHS before finishing off the first half of Canada West play with two road matches at Winnipeg on Nov. 22 and Nov. 23.
