The University of Alberta Pandas registered a quick three-set win over the Regina Cougars on Friday night in a Canada West women's volleyball match in Edmonton.
The Pandas hit a blistering .394 in the win, which saw them win the three sets by scores of 25-12, 25-13, and 25-11. Kory White had a match-leading 14 kills for the Pandas, while Julia Zonneveld had eight and Vanessa Jarman and Sydney Warchola both helped out with six.
Zonneveld also had a match-high 17 digs and six aces for the Pandas, who improve to 17-6 with the victory.
Britt Davis led the way for Regina (2-21) with eight kills.
The Cougars will close out the weekend series - and the 2019-20 season - on Saturday night (6:00 MT) against Alberta.
