University of Regina track & field head coach
Sabrina Nettey announced on Friday that three more recruits have committed to the program for the upcoming season. Anna Komarychka and Hana Parker from Cambell Collegiate, and Bree Hurlbut from Medicine Hat High School are all set to join the program in the fall.
"We're really looking forward to working with Anna, Bree, and Hana," said Nettey. "They each bring strong athletic ability in their respective events, and we believe they'll fit in well with the culture we're building. It's always exciting to welcome student-athletes who are driven to grow, both in competition and in the classroom."
Parker will join the women's sprints program. She competed in the finals of the 100 meter-dash at the 2025 Saskatchewan High School Track & Field Championships.
Komarychka and Hurlbut will both be joining the women's jumps programs. Komarychka was a finalist in the triple jump at the Saskatchewan High School Track & Field Championships.
At the Alberta High School Track & Field Championships, Hurlburt took home the bronze medal in the pole vault.
