• 2013 Canada West Silver Medal (weight throw)
• 2012-13 Academic All-Canadian

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Named an Academic All-Canadian ... finished in 10th place in the weight throw (16.39m) at the CIS Championships in Edmonton ... won a Canada West silver medal in the weight throw (16.83m) ... massive toss of 17.98 metres in the weight throw at the Friendship Games crushed the previous University of Regina record by almost two full metres.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2011-12: Finished in sixth place in the weight throw (14.60m) at the Canada West Championships ... had a season-best toss of 15.17 metres in the weight throw at the Queen City Kinsmen Indoor Classic.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2010-11: Scored two team points for the Cougars with a fifth-place finish in the weight throw at the Canada West Championships (14.69 m) ... also placed 11th in the shot put at the conference meet (10.70 m) ... had season-best throws of 14.92 metres in the weight throw and 11.25 metres in the shot put.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10: Finished in 10th place in both the shot put (11.30 m) and the weight throw (13.16 m) at the Canada West Championships ... recorded season-best throws of 11.98 metres in the shot put and 13.78 metres in the weight throw.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2008-09: Recorded a season-best toss of 11.19 metres in the weight throw at the Friendship Games ... had a season-best throw of 10.49 metres in the shot put at the Prairie Dual.

PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Arts ... played football and ran track at Peacock Collegiate before coming to the U of R.
