UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2014-15: Cross Country – Earned a Canada West all-star nod for the third year in a row, collecting second-team honours with a 35th-place finish out of 132 runners at the CIS Championships in St. John's, N.L. (6K, 24:34) ... finished in eighth place at the Stewart Cup (6K, 22:43) ... finished in fourth place at the Sled Dog Open (5K, 18:44) ... finished in 45th place in the Div. II race at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 23:59) ... placed second at the Cougar Trot (5K, 18:55). Track & Field – Finished in sixth place in the 3000-metre run (10:18.74) and 12th place in the 1500-metre run (4:45.13) at the Canada West Championships ... finished in seventh place with the 4x800-metre relay team (9:48.03) at the conference meet ... had a season-best time of 10:18.23 in the 3000 at the Bison Classic.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2013-14: Cross Country – Named a Canada West first-team all-star for the second consecutive season after placing 16th overall and fourth among Canada West runners at the CIS Championships (6K, 22:24) ... placed 10th at the U of S Open (5K, 19:11) after missing the first two races due to illness ... placed sixth at the Stewart Cup in Edmonton (6K, 22:41). Track & Field – Finished in seventh place in the 3000-metre run (10:38.57) and in 10th place in the 1500-metre run (4:46.17) at the Canada West Championships ... had a season-best time of 10:25.67 in the 3000 at the Bison Classic.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Cross Country – named a Canada West first-team all-star after placing 32nd overall at the CIS Championships (5K, 18:40) ... finished in fourth place at both the Cougar Trot (5K, 18:49) and the U of S Open (4.5K, 16:01) ... placed 38th in the Div. II category at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 23:44) ... finished in fifth place at the Stewart Cup (5K, 20:31). Track & Field – scored two team points for the Cougars at the Canada West Championships with sixth-place finishes in both the 1500-metre run (4:44.32) and the 3000-metre run (10:15.49) ... also ended the season ranked No. 11 in the conference in the 1000-metre run after completing the event in 3:02.23 in the dual against Saskatchewan.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2011-12: Cross Country – finished in 53rd place at the CIS Championships (5K, 19:47) ... finished in eighth place at the Cougar Trot (5K, 19:06) ... placed 74th in the Division II category at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 24:17) ... finished in 11th place at the U of S Open (4.5K, 16:50) ... placed 17th at the Stewart Cup (5K, 19:12). PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Education ... attended Yorkton Regional HS before coming to the University of Regina.
