UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Named the University of Regina Male Athlete of the Year and the recipient of the University of Regina's President's Award. Cross Country - won all five meets during the 2012 season ... earned CIS Runner of the Year, Canada West Runner of the Year, first-team All-Canadian, and Canada West first-team all-star honours after becoming the first University of Regina harrier to win the individual title at the CIS Championship (10K, 30:21) ... won the season-opening Cougar Trot (8K, 24:56) ... finished in first place in the Merrill Fischbein Men's Gold Race at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 24:18) ... also won individual championships at the U of S Open (7.5K, 21:48) and the Stewart Cup (10K, 30:49). Track & Field - won his first career CIS gold medal with a first-place finish in the 3000-metre run at the CIS Championships in Edmonton (8:08.13) ... broke his own school record and also broke a 17-year-old meet record with a first-place time of 8:06.87 in the 3000-metre run at the Canada West Championships ... won his heat and placed second overall in the 3000-metre run at the 2013 Husky Classic in Seattle.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2011-12: Cross Country - won the Cougar Trot (8K, 23:59) ... finished in fourth place in the Div. I category at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 23:50) ... redshirted season after missing the remainder of the year due to injury.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2010-11: Named an Academic All-Canadian. Cross Country - named a first-team All-Canadian, the Canada West Runner of the Year, and a Canada West first-team all-star after placing third at the CIS Championships for the second consecutive year (10K, 32:15) ... won the individual championship in each of the team's first four meets of the regular season ... placed first at the Cougar Trot (8K, 25:26) ... placed first in the Div. II category at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 24:54) ... won the U of S Open (7.5K, 22:37) ... placed first at the Minot State Invitational (8K, 25:01) ... placed second at the Stewart Cup (10K, 32:08). Track & Field - won Canada West gold in the 3000-metre run for the third consecutive year, breaking his own school record with a time of 8:19.82 ... did not participate in the CIS Championships due to commitments with the national cross country team.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10: Cross Country - named a first-team All-Canadian, the Canada West Runner of the Year, and a Canada West first-team all-star after leading the Cougars to their first-ever conference championship with a third-place finish at the CIS Championships (10K, 30:49) ... finished in second place at the Minot State Invitational (8K, 25:10) ... won the Stewart Cup for the second consecutive season (10K, 31:26). Track & Field - finished in fifth place in the 3000-metre run at the CIS Championships (8:26.96) ... won Canada West gold in the 3000 (8:32.32) ... finished in seventh place in the 1500-metre run at the Canada West Championships (4:03.34).
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2008-09: Named an Academic All-Canadian. Cross Country - missed the CIS Championships in Quebec City due to an injury ... finished in first place at the Cougar Trot Open (8K, 25:42) ... finished in 14th place in the Div. II category at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis (8K, 26:00) ... placed first at the University of Saskatchewan Open (8K, 27:05) ... also took the individual championship at the Minot State Open (8K, 25:29) and at the Stewart Cup in Calgary (10K, 32:41). Track & Field - finished in eighth place in the 3000-metre run at the CIS Championships (8:47.76) ... won the gold medal in the 3000 at the Canada West Championships (8:38.82) ... finished in eighth place in the 1500-metre run at the Canada West Championships (4:03.61) ... finished the 3000-metre run in a season-best time of 8:35.82 at the Manitoba Indoor Games.
