The University of Regina's men's basketball team recorded a close victory over Fraser Valley for the second consecutive night on Saturday, defeating the Cascades by an 87-83 margin in Abbotsford, B.C.

The Cougars led by five after a bucket by Darius Mole with 1:45 left in the fourth, but two consecutive baskets by Fraser Valley's Zeon Gray cut the lead to one with under a minute remaining.
