UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2007: Won the Presidents' Trophy as the CIS Defensive Player of the Year ... named a first-team All-Canadian ... named a Canada West all-star ... started all eight regular season games and both playoff games at middle linebacker ... led Canada West and finished second in the CIS with 64 tackles during the regular season ... also had two sacks, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles, an interception, and a fumble recovery during the regular season ... had five tackles, a pass breakup, and a fumble recovery over the team's two playoff games ... had a season-high 13 tackles at Simon Fraser on Sept. 29 ... also served as the team's long snapper ... was one of five fifth-year players on the team's roster.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 9, 1984 ... enrolled in the faculty of kinesiology & health studies ... spent the 2006 season with the CJFL's Okanagan Sun.
