Noah Picton wrapped up his sensational five-season career with the Rams in 2018. His top statistical season came in 2016, when he was named the Canada West Player of the Year and went on to become the first University of Regina player to earn the Hec Crighton Trophy as the top U SPORTS player in the nation.

Picton, a two-time Canada West all-star, remains the U SPORTS all-time leader with 11,494 career passing yards and is the U of R's all-time leader in both completions (835) and completion percentage (67.6%). His numerous school single-season records include passing yards (3186), completions (224), and completion percentage (69.3%) all set during the 2016 campaign. He's also the only Rams player ever to throw 40 completions in a single game.

Picton was the fourth Rams player to be inducted into the University of Regina Sports Hall of Fame, earning a spot in the Hall in his first year of eligibility.
