Teale Orban had a wonderful five-year career with the Rams that saw him earn first-team All-Canadian status in 2006 and Canada West Player of the Year honours in both 2006 and 2007. He was a three-time Canada West all-star, and was also named the Canada West Outstanding Student-Athlete following both the 2007 and 2008 seasons as he excelled off the field in his Faculty of Business Administration classes. Orban, also a two-time University of Regina Male Athlete of the Year, was the first Canada West player ever to eclipse the 9000-yard mark in career passing. His total of 9449 career passing yards stood as the conference's all-time record for a decade, and his 76 touchdown passes still ranked as the most in Canada West history at the time of his induction.
